1. Introduction

Welcome to Rentals 4 Everyone.

By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Rentals 4 Everyone, you must:

- Be at least 21 years old.

- Only certain cars are available for renters under 25 years old.

- Possess a valid driver’s license. Have active Full Coverage Insurance.

- Have a major credit card that matches your name.

3. Reservations

- Reservations can be made online or by phone.

- A $175 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation will receive a full refund of the deposit.

- If canceled within 48 hours of the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited.

- If the vehicle is extended the contract will still be in effect until extension return date

4. Rental Charges and Deposits include:

- Daily or weekly rental fee.

- Taxes, administration fees, and doc fees.

- Additional fees for late returns, fuel, and damages will be deducted from the deposit and invoiced.

- A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in the vehicle.

- Tolls and parking tickets will be deducted from the deposit and billed.

- Deposits are returned in 7-10 business days.

5. Payment

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or other approved methods.

Deposits are required to hold the reservation.

6. Vehicle Use

- The vehicle must be used in a lawful manner and only for personal purposes.

- The vehicle must remain in Florida unless permission is granted.

- The vehicle should not be used for racing, off-roading, or transporting hazardous/illegal materials.Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited.

- A $250 fee will be charged to the renter.

7. Insurance and Liability

- Clients must have active full coverage insurance. Insurance will be verified.

- You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, loss, or theft during the rental period.

- In case of an accident, you must notify the authorities and Rentals 4 Everyone immediately.

- The renter's insurance will be responsible for any accidents or damages.

- For damages below the deductible, the renter will be responsible for paying damages to Rentals 4 Everyone LLC.

- the case of a flat tire or need for roadside assistance, expenses will be the renter's responsibility.

8. Fuel Policy

The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental period.

Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge and inconvenience fee of $6.00 per gallon.

9. Late Returns

Late returns will incur an additional charge equal to an additional day's rental rate.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time may incur a loss of deposit.

11. Termination of Rental

Rentals 4 Everyone reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle if any terms are violated or if the vehicle is used in a manner that poses a risk. If the car is not returned within 24 hours of the rental agreement end time without communication from the renter, the car will be reported stolen and legal charges will be filed against the renter.

12. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information solely for our company. Personal information will not be shared or sold for advertisement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, Palm Beach County. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of Florida, Palm Beach County.

15. Additional Charges to be Aware Of

- $100 Cleaning Fee (when the vehicle is not returned in the same cleanliness as received).

- Tolls and parking tickets will be the renter's responsibility (a $25 fee will be added to parking tickets).

- $250 Smoking Fee.

- Late returns will be charged for an additional day (price is determined based on the vehicle).

- Fuel fee when the car is not returned with the same amount of gas: $6.00 per gallon.

- If more than 3,000 miles are put on the vehicle, the renter will be responsible for an oil change and tire maintenance if necessary.

16. Amendments

Rentals 4 Everyone reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or by direct notification.
